"My mother has been a loyal State Farm customer since 1997, and recently we ran into an issue with her rental and supplemental medical insurance due to a failed autopay setup. Kader was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the process. "When this agency first contacted me, the offer was great. I was offered a great deal for having multiple vehicles and even changed my homeowner's insurance to them, which saved me quite a few hundred dollars. I worked with an individual whose name was Daniel, who seemed to be very knowledgeable at that time. At that time, I was very happy with state farm and left a great review. I am now updated my review since then this particular agency A month after I received my new insurance I was sent an email from this agency, stating that Daniel is no longer with them and has been, let go because of errors that he had made specifically with my insurance policies and they have now went up a by several hundred dollars. I was then told that Daniel had offered me incentives, which he, in fact, did not. This agency has insisted that Daniel did offer me incentives again and if he didn't they apologized but we are unable to keep your policies at the rate he provided. I am now being billed an additional several hundred dollars for these policies. My suggestion is to any one who was looking for an agency to not go through State Farm. And once my 6 months is up, I will be finding another insurance agency. I am very dissatisfied with this agency.And if I could give it a zero rating, I most certainly would."

We regret any confusion or dissatisfaction this situation has caused and appreciate your feedback as we strive to improve our service.
